The kikooni brand was founded by daughter and mother in 2016 with their shared passion for travel, the foreign and the exotic.

Kikooni have the desire to discover foreign countries, their customs and cultures as well as the different handicrafts and traditions.

The brand sources materials some of which are handmade in the country of origin and by small companies based there, family-run productions or women's collectives and fair trade organisations, some according to old methods and traditions.
