Pain de Mie Spoon

“Pain de mie” means the pullman loaf or the sandwich loaf in French.   This wee spoon, shaped more like a butter knife is recommended for scooping jams, butter, or pastes and with the hole at the end as a gift-wrapping decoration.  An elegant touch to your breakfast and brunch table setting.

Note - avoid scooping hard or frozen foods such as ice cream, which may cause breakage.  Best used for lighter condiments such as jams and butter.
