Return Policy

The Favoured is happy to offer a refund for any order placed in our online store. To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met
  -  The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  -  The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
  -  The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
  -  The hang tag must not be removed for an eligible return.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above.  Unapproved or unauthorised returns will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Return Instructions

To Submit a Return:
1 - Log in to your account by following the steps below:
- In the email field, enter your email address (use the email address you used to create the initial order), and then click Continue.
- View and then copy the 6-digit verification code sent to your email.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note or further information for the store.
5. Click Request Return.
If your return is approved you can then send the item/s back.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will not be made for items sent to another address or ParcelShop/ collection point.
The Favoured is not responsible for returns in transit so please consider using a trackable shipping option to make sure the return arrives safely. 

International Returns

Follow the Return Instructions as above.
Additionally, please ship returning international packages with your country/region’s local shipping carrier.  For added safety, please insure all packages and obtain a tracking number.
The Favoured will not refund international duties and taxes.  For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not (in conjunction with our Refund Policy). 
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at


Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. 
We recommend you return the item you no longer want and place a new order once we have accepted the return.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

Hang Tag Removal

We recommend taking care and using sharp, pointed scissors to remove hang tags. Damage may occur if hang tags are pulled or torn off. Any item(s) with damage (i.e. hole, snag, tear, pull or stretch) due to improper hang tag removal are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Order Changes and Cancellations

The Favoured is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed.  Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
