Order Processing

All orders placed before 12PM CET will typically be fulfilled within 2 business days (subject stock availability). We operate Monday to Friday, except on local public holidays.  If your item is out of stock, you will be informed via email.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification and holidays. 
Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct at the time of placing your order.  We will not be responsible for re-routing the parcels. 

Shipping Procedures

  -  Within Denmark
Delivery time usually takes between 2-3 days.  
Express Next Business Day delivery shipping is also offered via UPS. 
We offer shipping to both GLS and PostNord ParcelShops as well as private addresses.  Depending on the chosen carrier, they will determine the closest ParcelShop/s based on your shipping address. For any questions related to your parcel and delivery please contact them directly.
  -  International & Within European Union 
Orders within EU are shipped via UPS and delivery time is typically around 2-6 business days. 
Selected EU countries: Germany, Finland, Belgium, Sweden, Netherlands, Luxembourg & Poland are also offered ParcelShop deliveries.
International shipping can take up to 10 business days for delivery.
 The shipping costs will be displayed at check-out. 
Please note that the carrier is unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
Once The Favoured has released the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk and loss of title for the merchandise.   

International Duties

(inc Switzerland, UK & Norway)
Duties, taxes and/or customs charges are not included in the shipping charges at checkout.  You may have to pay these duties, taxes and/or customs charges at the destination.
The Favoured is not responsible for fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from The Favoured, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to The Favoured.  This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. 

Tracking

Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order is ready for shipping.  For questions or concerns about the whereabouts of your order once it has shipped, please contact the carrier directly.
