Epanoui Compote Dish

"Épanoui" in French means to blossom or flourish.  Make dessert time even more special with this lavish dish.   With a retro yet classic look, the stem will give a visual accent to the table. 

Before each use, soak it in clean water and let it absorb enough water. This prevents the water from entering the food and reduces the infiltration of mould and dirt.  When immersed in water, stains such as spots may appear as the vessel has absorbed water, just make sure to dry it off properly and the spots will disappear.

Material:  Pottery clay.

All the pieces are handmade, so the shape, size and colour of each product are slightly different. In addition, small black spots, pinholes or similar cracks in the product itself are normal. This is a characteristic of pottery, not a defective product.
